Stuffed French Loaf


INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf unsliced Frech bread
1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup chopper pepper (green, yellow, etc)
½ cup chopped celery
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350.

Slice French loaf in half. Hollow out setting bread pieces aside.

Brown ground beef, add peppers, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and S&P.  Mix well. Stir in 2 cups of the bread crumbs, and cheddar cheese soup. Mix well.

Place hollowed out loafs on baking sheet. Pour mixture into loaves, top with cheese.

Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese in nicely melted. Cut into 4 each servings.
