Sesame Beef

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp crushed red peppers
1 package beef flavored ramen noodles
1 lb boneless sirloin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 green onion stalk

DIRECTIONS:
Cook ramen noodles according to package, add seasoning and drain. Keep Warm.

In a cup mix soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, 2 tsp sesame oil, cornstarch, and re pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat. Add beef and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce mix and cook together 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion, serve over noodles.
