Low Calorie Peach Pie

SERVINGS 2, 115 CALORIES/SERVING

INGREDIENTS:
1 Large Peach
1/3 of Puff Pastry Sheet
3 tbsp Splenda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 mini pie/tart tins

DIRECTIONS:
Puff Pastry sheet should be at room temperature, about 40 minute after you remove from the freezer. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Roll out pastry sheet, cut in half, save half for something else, cut remainder piece in half again.
 Cut peach in half, and slice up. Each half goes into each mini pie tin.
Mix Splenda and Cinnamon together. Place peaches in pan, sprinkle with Splenda mix, layer again with peaches, sprinkle with Splenda, top with pastry sheet. Bake for 23 minutes.
