Low Calorie Banana Bread

Serves 10
89 Calories/Slice
INGREDIENTS:
2 Ripe Bananas
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
2 egg whites
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325. Place bananas in mixing bowl and with blender mix up well. Add all other ingredients. Put into a loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
