Banana Bread

Serves 10



INGREDIENTS:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp buttermilk (If you do not have buttermilk, use regular milk and add 1 tbsp white vinager to it)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease bottom of 9X5 loaf pan. Put the banana in mixing bowl and usining beaters mash well, then add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. The top will be golden brown.

**Do Not double batch, it will not turn out. Make two seperate batches.
