Pizza





INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST:
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA:
1 cup marinara
1 cup mozzarella (The Lineman would have preferred more cheese to feel free to add more)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp red onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
5 slices cooked bacon chopped
5 slices dry salami
1/2 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
Mix together yeast, sugar and warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, olive oil, and mix thoroughly. Kneed on a lightly floured surface and roll out into shape of pizza pan or stone.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Brush baking sheet with olive oil. Place rolled out dough on baking sheet and form crust along edge. Spread marinara sauce on dough, then sprinkle seasoning on sauce. Add cheese and the rest on the toppings. Brush olive oil on crust and bake for about 18 minutes until done.
