Low Calorie Chicken Quesadilla











Serves 1:  255 calories

INGREDIENTS:
1 La tortilla Factory large tortilla
1 fat free cheese slice
1/4 black beans
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp red onion
2 oz canned or grilled chicken

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to broil. In a small skillet add black beans, corn, onion, and chicken. Cook over med/low heat for 3 minutes. Place tortilla on baking sheet, cut cheese slice in half and place on one half of tortilla, spoon in mixture over cheese and fold in half. Broil on each side for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Serve with salsa and fat free sour cream if you choose.
