Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS:1 Cup Pasta (Shells, Macaroni, etc)
   Try using Whole Wheat Pasta to save some calories, if you already have some cooked pasta you will need 2 1/2 cups cooked pasta
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup diced Velveeta
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Using same pan melt butter, Velveeta cheese, and milk together. Add pasta and stir. Put into an oven safe dish and top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees.

Serves 4
