Grilled Dessert

Grilled Peaches and Blueberries

INGREDIENTS:
3 Peaches
3 tbsp fresh blueberries
Non-Stick cooking spray
3 Pieces tin foil
Vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat grill to low-med heat. Cut peaches in half and remove seeds. Spray tin foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place 2 halves and 1 tbsp of blueberries in each tin foil. Wrap up. Cook on grill for 10 minutes. Remove skin by pulling it off the back and serve over vanilla ice cream.
