Grilled Broccoli

Yes folks you read correctly, cooking your side dish on the grill with your main dish. I could not be more excited about this!! Less dishes to hand wash!!

2 Heads fresh broccoli
4 tbsp chicken broth
1 tsp butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp cheese

Preheat grill to low-medium heat. Wash broccoli and cut heads off the bushel. The Lineman likes his with cheese, I like to keep my broccoli on the light side so I split the Broccoli into to piles. Pull two sheets of tin foil. Put a pile of broccoli into each tin foil. Carefully pour 2 tbsp chicken broth over broccoli, top with salt and pepper, cheese in one, butter in the other if you choose to split it. Carefully wrap up the tin foil, keep it loose so it has some room in there. Cook on the grill for about 15 minutes.
