Au Gratin Potatos

Serves 6-390 calories/serving




INGREDIENTS:
6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

Heat margarine in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions, and cook about 2 minutes. Add flour, salt and pepper, cook until bubbly. Remove from heat, add milk and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

Spread potatoes in an ungreased 9X13 pan. Pour cheese over potatoes, top with remainder cheese and paprika. Bake for 1 hour.
